Telephone Advice

Advice on common childhood aches, pains and illnesses is given by the Children’s Clinic Nursing Staff based on the American Academy of Pediatric’s Recommendations and Guidelines.

At most times, 3 to 4 nurses are standing by to answer your questions. Although your wait time may vary depending on the volume of calls — your call will be answered as soon as possible.

Keeping your child healthy is a big job! And, when your child is sick, you’ll probably think of countless questions to ask your child’s doctor. We provide telephone advice during office hours to help you care for your child.

Prescription Refills
When you need to have a refill of a prescription previously prescribed, your call will be sent to the nurses’ voice mail, where you can leave a detailed message. Your time will be saved by not having to wait on hold to speak with a nurse (particularly during the busy winter flu season).
